Jason Yang has spent his entire legal career defending civil lawsuits including handling of the defense in personal injury, employment, insurance broker, public entity and other complex litigation. At Jacobsen and McElroy, his practice focuses on handling of construction, habitability and personal injury matters.
Jason graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2002. In 2005, he graduated with his Masters of Arts in Economics from California State University, Sacramento. Jason earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December of that year. Jason is also licensed to practice law in Federal Court in the Eastern District and Northern District.
Jason lives with his two overlord cats and reading historical non-fiction, science fiction, and fantasy. When the weather is nice, he can be found looking for his lost tennis forehand.
