LeeAnn Whitmore joined Jacobsen & McElroy in 2006 after having previously worked with another Sacramento defense law firm. Her practice with Jacobsen & McElroy focuses primarily on the defense of subcontractors in the complex litigation arena of construction defect. She is licensed to practice in both federal and state courts.

LeeAnn graduated with distinction from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1998 with a degree in political science and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from the University of Oregon School of Law where she was Assistant Director of the Moot Court Board and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001. LeeAnn is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association.
