Fodrini joined Jacobsen & McElroy in 2008 after practicing personal injury law in the Sacramento area since 2003. His practice with Jacobsen & McElroy focuses primarily on the defense of subcontractors in complex construction defect matters. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree in 2000 from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and locally went to Jesuit High School. He is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Association of Defense Counsel.
