Eileen Booth is a partner at Jacobsen & McElroy and has extensive experience in complex litigation, specializing in construction defect litigation. Ms. Booth was admitted to practice law in England in 1994 and was admitted to practice law in California in 1996. Her primary practice area has been in the insurance defense realm with the bulk of her cases involving the defense of the developer, general contractor or subcontractor in construction defect litigation, although she does handle some product liability and premises liability matters also.

Eileen is a graduate of the University of Buckingham in Buckinghamshire, England where she graduated in 1990 with an Honors Degree in Politics, Economics and Law. Thereafter, she attended the University of Northumbria in Newcastle England where she graduated in 1992 and then trained with the International law firm of Eversheds until 1994. She is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. She is a member of the Sacramento County and Placer County Bar Associations and the Association of Defense Counsel. She is also a member of the Construction Defect Committee of the ADC and has been a member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court.
